RemoteVA PH is seeking a highly analytical Trading Strategist/Market Analyst to develop and implement trading strategies while managing financial risk. This role involves analyzing market trends and collaborating with the trading team to optimize returns in a dynamic, remote environment.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement trading strategies to optimize returns while managing financial risks.
- Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, economic indicators, and financial data.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of trading strategies, making adjustments as needed.
- Identify and assess potential risks associated with trading activities.
- Develop risk management strategies to mitigate financial risks and protect assets.
- Generate detailed reports and insights on market movements, trading activities, and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with the trading team to provide real-time analysis and support trading decisions.
- Stay updated with financial news, market events, and regulatory changes impacting strategies.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in trading, financial analysis, or market research.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, trading strategies, and risk management techniques.
- Proficiency in financial analysis software and tools (e.g., Bloomberg, Excel, Python).
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and make informed decisions quickly.
Nice to Have
- Experience with algorithmic trading and quantitative analysis.
- Knowledge of financial risk management principles and techniques.
- Professional certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or FRM (Financial Risk Manager).
- Familiarity with various trading platforms and software.
