About the Role

As a Trading Sales & Distribution Executive, you will play a key role in advancing the market presence of a regulated digital asset trading platform. Your primary focus will be on identifying and acquiring institutional clients, including banks, asset managers, securities firms, and high-net-worth investors, who are looking to trade or offer digital assets through a compliant, secure infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline by engaging with potential clients across the financial ecosystem
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle—from initial outreach and qualification to negotiation and contract finalization
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, including compliance, technical integration, and client support
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive platform engagement and satisfaction
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and partnership initiatives to increase visibility and market reach
  • Provide feedback to product teams on client needs and market gaps to inform platform development
  • Monitor competitive offerings and evolving market trends in digital asset trading
  • Support marketing and public relations efforts with client-facing content and campaign input

What We’re Looking For

You bring 5–10 years of experience in sales within financial markets, ideally with a broker, exchange, or trading platform. A background in finance or economics is expected, along with a proven ability to build and manage a diverse client portfolio. You have a solid grasp of capital markets, regulatory frameworks, and cross-border financial promotion rules.

Deep curiosity about digital assets—cryptocurrencies, tokenized securities, and blockchain-based trading—is essential. You are self-driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, technology-driven environment. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an asset.

Work Environment

This role supports hybrid working arrangements with primary locations in Geneva, Lausanne, and Zurich. You should be prepared for regular travel to meet clients and partners in person.
