Responsibilities
- Analyze the performance and ROI of trade promotions and commercial action plans.
- Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance versus targets.
- Provide post-promotion evaluations and actionable insights.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track promotional KPIs.
- Calculate monthly promos compensations to distributors
- Ensure alignment of the compensation's calculations with the distributors
- Support financial validation and reconciliation processes.
- Evaluate in-store execution and merchandising effectiveness.
- Analyze coverage, compliance, visibility, and sales uplift metrics.
- Track performance by channel, region, and product category.
- Provide insights to improve field force productivity and retail presence.
- Analyze and validate sales incentive calculations.
- Ensure incentive schemes align with performance KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data analytics, Economics, Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or similar role
- Fluency in English and French
- Strong Excel skills (PivotTables, Power Query, advanced formulas)
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Strong understanding of FMCG performance metrics
- Trade promotion analysis
- Experience with sales & distribution analytics
- Financial KPIs (margin, ROI, contribution analysis)
