Zelisko is hiring a Test Engineer Intern to join us for a summer internship in Irving, Texas. This opportunity is designed for students in their Junior or Senior year to directly impact the quality of our next-generation locomotive and freight car braking systems. You will work both individually and on a project team, receiving regular feedback and preparing a final presentation for company leaders.
What You'll Do
- Perform testing on complex integrated and networked systems
- Configure test setups and control stands
- Write test cases based on functional requirements
- Utilize automated testing to collect data efficiently for development teams
- Write test reports
What We're Looking For
- Basic software engineering skills
- Hands-on experience
- Familiarity with data acquisition
- Troubleshooting ability
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $16.00 to $25.00 per hour
