Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for tenant communications, handling inquiries by phone, email, and in person with professionalism and care.
- Address questions about leases, rent statements, and property policies with clarity and consistency.
- Log, track, and coordinate maintenance requests from initiation to completion, ensuring follow-up and resolution.
- Use Rent Manager to update tenant records, manage work orders, and maintain data accuracy across systems.
- Work closely with property and maintenance teams to prioritize urgent issues and deliver timely solutions.
- Ensure all tenant interactions reflect a high standard of service and compliance with operational guidelines.
