Sprinto is hiring a Technical Support Engineer to provide expert technical assistance to our customers. This remote position, based in India, focuses on resolving complex technical issues and ensuring a smooth user experience.

What You'll Do

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues reported by customers
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for customer escalations
  • Document solutions and contribute to the internal knowledge base
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and report product bugs
  • Communicate technical solutions clearly and effectively to customers
