- Manage candidate experience from outreach to offer stage
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to inform strategy improvements
- Coordinate logistics for interview loops and hiring events
- Support the development of inclusive hiring practices
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems
- Collaborate with university relations to strengthen campus pipelines
- Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment efficiency
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives for technical audiences
- Organize and lead on-campus and virtual recruiting events
- Provide guidance on competitive offers and market trends
- Work cross-functionally to align talent programs with business goals
