Arise GmbH is looking for a Technical Product Manager (m/w/d) mit Fokus PKI & Infrastructure IAM. In this role, you will act as both consultant and product manager in demanding platform and cloud projects, conceptualizing infrastructure-near products in IAM like PKI and Privileged Access Management, and taking on end-to-end product ownership.
What You'll Do
- Act as consultant and product manager in demanding platform and cloud projects, leading customers to success with your expertise.
- Conceptualize infrastructure-near products in the area of IAM, including PKI, Privileged Access Management, and Workload Identities.
- Apply both technical and product-side expertise to design products in cloud-native environments.
- Take on end-to-end product ownership – from discovery through backlog and roadmap to release management.
- Build strategic relationships with technology and service partners and actively maintain your network.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
- At least 4 years of practical experience with IAM/PKI.
- Deep understanding of Platform Engineering and cloud-native concepts like Kubernetes, Service Mesh, or GitOps.
- Security orientation: not shying away from Security & Compliance while optimizing Developer Experience.
- Proficient in applying Scrum or SAFe, focusing on outcome over output.
- Convincing communication in English – written and spoken.
- Values-driven action characterized by loyalty, fairness, and empathy.
- Entrepreneurial spirit: thinking in solutions and acting like an entrepreneur within the company.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the environment of IAM, cloud platforms, or complex on-prem infrastructures.
- German language skills are a plus.
