Responsibilities
- Verify ad content, visuals, audience targeting, URLs, and UTM tags for Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
- Examine logic flows, event triggers, automation sequences, and message delivery settings in GoHighLevel email and SMS automations
- Assess field connections, conditional logic, and full workflow functionality in Zapier integrations
- Audit Google Business Profile entries for correct business categories, operating hours, and UTM-tagged URLs
- Ensure consistent name, address, and phone number data, accurate citations, and correct backlink placements for local SEO
- Test booking forms, clickable buttons, call-to-action elements, and fundamental SEO tags on websites
- Evaluate AI-produced content for readability, grammatical accuracy, tone, regulatory compliance, and brand consistency
- Confirm that generated content aligns with input prompts and accurately represents the client's messaging style
- Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures and checklists; recommend enhancements when opportunities arise
- Identify and log defects using annotated visuals and structured quality assurance reports
- Support internal QA performance tracking, audits, and metric reporting
- Coordinate with marketing coordinators, copywriters, designers, developers, and strategy team members
- Communicate promptly and professionally through Slack, Asana, and shared documentation platforms
- Deliver regular updates on QA progress, obstacles, and resolved issues
