- Manage day-to-day technical operations and documentation.
- Prepare and configure equipment for customer demonstrations.
- Assist in trade shows and support sales presentations with technical expertise.
- Enhance technical collaboration with parent and affiliated companies.
- Collaborate with customer engineering teams to define testing protocols and requirements.
- Collect and organize technical data and innovations related to dispensing processes for new market opportunities.
- Gather and assess technical information from competitors.
- Utilize testing and internal analytical methods to improve customer product application and inform R&D efforts.
- Produce and deliver test reports with clear, concise data for internal and external stakeholders.
- Engage in additional duties and projects as needed.
