Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy intelligent document processing systems using artificial intelligence and machine learning for categorizing, extracting, and verifying unstructured and semi-structured content.
- Connect automation platforms with core business applications such as SAP, Salesforce, SharePoint, and ServiceNow.
- Work closely with clients to assess operational requirements and design robust, AI-powered technical frameworks.
- Communicate technical architectures and solution alternatives effectively to both technical teams and business decision-makers.
- Lead client-facing sessions focused on document automation, data governance, regulatory compliance, and document lifecycle improvements.
- Utilize AI and machine learning methods to improve precision and judgment within document handling processes.
- Combine optical character recognition and natural language processing tools to improve understanding of unstructured text.
- Deploy machine learning algorithms for sorting documents, identifying key entities, and enabling automated workflow decisions.
- Use document intelligence technologies like Azure AI Document Intelligence, GCP Document AI, and Tesseract in live environments.
- Deliver post-implementation support and performance tuning advice to enhance return on investment.
- Create and manage automation scripts and integration connectors using C#, .NET, Python, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Build secure, high-capacity interfaces between document systems and enterprise platforms including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, SAP, and Workday.
