Responsibilities
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment tasks including defining roles, identifying candidates, reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and managing logistics
- Oversee candidate pipelines and communication workflows using applicant tracking systems and AI-powered tools
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding procedures using standardized checklists and required documentation
- Ensure accurate upkeep of HR databases, employment agreements, and personnel records
- Contribute to monitoring employee performance, engagement initiatives, and operational reporting needs
- Leverage artificial intelligence and automation technologies to enhance efficiency in talent acquisition and people operations

- Position is structured as an Independent Contractor role with a monthly retainer
