Responsibilities
- Develop and manage components, libraries, and design patterns within a design system
- Apply principles of atomic design in system architecture
- Work within Agile project frameworks
- Design with a focus on human needs and behaviors
- Promote and advocate for design system adoption across internal teams
- Define consistent UX and visual standards for vehicle and mobile interfaces
- Build a scalable design system for product designers to implement digital experiences
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product managers
- Support inclusive and accessible design practices
- Help maintain high design quality across user interfaces, illustrations, and motion elements
