Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors was looking for a SVP of Finance (Remote - US)

Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a SVP of Finance to provide strategic leadership during a period of rapid growth. In this senior remote role, you will be responsible for shaping and driving the company’s financial strategy while providing hands-on management of financial planning, analysis, accounting, and fundraising.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies to support sustainable growth and business goals.
  • Serve as a key financial advisor to the executive leadership team and board of directors.
  • Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
  • Oversee accounting operations, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage fundraising efforts, investor relations, treasury, and risk management.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on contracts, compensation strategies, and financial policies.

What We're Looking For

  • CPA certification or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
  • Strong expertise in FP&A.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing finance teams.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS financial metrics and business drivers.
  • Exceptional analytical, financial modeling, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with boards and investors.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Minimum 5 years experience in SaaS or high-growth tech companies.
