Solenis is hiring a Strategy Analyst to play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our Innovation Marketing teams. You will be instrumental in high-visibility projects that fuel growth, support new product introductions, and deliver measurable impact across all business units in a collaborative, global setting.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams to analyze KPIs, identify trends, and improve NPI forecasting accuracy
- Support strategic and innovation-focused initiatives across regions and product lines
- Use data-driven insights to evaluate project performance and shape long-term strategy
- Work with global and regional Marketing, Innovation, Finance, and Strategic teams to ensure alignment across initiatives
- Clearly communicate objectives, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders
- Assess NPI forecast risk and develop data-supported mitigation strategies
- Monitor innovation pipelines and market conditions to anticipate strategic challenges
- Lead monthly performance reporting to support NPI governance
- Document key learnings and contribute to process improvement initiatives across the innovation lifecycle
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in strategic analysis
- Deep understanding of innovation and business support processes in a matrixed, global organization
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and other analytical tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
