Cyngn is looking for a Strategic Operations & Data Analyst to develop and implement data-driven frameworks that optimize our business operations and strategic initiatives. You will be instrumental in transforming raw data into actionable insights.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain scalable data models and performance dashboards
- Analyze operational and business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define key metrics and measurement strategies
- Design and track KPIs to assess operational efficiency and strategic alignment
- Prepare and present clear, data-backed recommendations to leadership
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in an operations, business intelligence, or data analyst role
- Expert proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights
- Experience with data modeling, statistical analysis, and KPI development
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Work Mode
This is a remote position. The role is open to candidates based in Mountain View, CA, or those working remotely.
