Responsibilities
- Use an intelligence platform to help clients meet specific business goals through direct, practical application
- Plan and execute research using open source intelligence methods and publicly accessible data sources
- Gather and assess information from the open web, social media platforms, and dark web environments to support investigations
- Extract relevant data and transform it into clear, actionable intelligence aligned with client objectives
- Apply foundational knowledge of intelligence and investigative frameworks, including the intelligence lifecycle
- Assist in onboarding clients by contributing to training, demonstrations, and presentation sessions
- Communicate research results and intelligence reports to both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Advise clients on basic platform setup, operational workflows, and recommended usage practices
- Maintain and grow expertise in open source intelligence techniques, research methods, monitoring strategies, and reporting standards
- Uphold strict confidentiality, professionalism, and precision when managing sensitive or classified information
- Engage in periodic travel to support client meetings, training events, and team collaboration efforts
