Responsibilities
- Execute event projects from an initial concept through post-event analysis, including developing timelines, managing budgets, and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Manage event logistics, ensuring seamless coordination of all elements such as venue selection, catering, audio-visual services, transportation, and accommodations (specifically for proprietary events like symposiums).
- Manage event technology solutions, including registration platforms, attendee management systems, virtual/hybrid event tools, and presentation management software.
- Provide hands-on on-site management and support for proprietary events ("Symposiums"), overseeing set-up, execution, tear-down, vendor coordination, and ensuring a positive attendee experience.
- Maintain inventory and coordinate logistics for event collateral, ensuring materials are current and available for sales-led and other events.
