As an Appointment Setter, you’ll play a vital role in connecting customers with satellite internet installation services. Your primary focus will be qualifying incoming leads to determine their needs, gathering essential details, and scheduling installation appointments at times that work for them.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess customer inquiries to confirm suitability for service and collect relevant information
- Coordinate installation times by offering available slots and confirming appointment details
- Log and update lead information in GoHighLevel CRM, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-up
- Address customer concerns using effective communication strategies to secure confirmed bookings
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, text, and email using RingCentral and GoHighLevel
- Collaborate with the sales team to transition qualified leads seamlessly
- Follow up with interested prospects who haven’t yet scheduled, keeping engagement active
