Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of robust, scalable microservices that manage virtualized resources and form the foundation of the cloud control plane.
- Develop core backend components that enable high-performance APIs for provisioning large-scale computing clusters with minimal latency.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Networking, Storage, and Hardware to assess new technologies and deliver tailored cloud offerings for AI/ML use cases.
- Influence architectural direction across the organization to enhance system reliability, monitoring capabilities, and recovery processes.
- Guide mid and senior-level engineers through mentorship, lead in-depth design evaluations, and refine technical hiring standards to strengthen engineering excellence.
