Responsibilities
- Design and build foundational services, systems, and APIs with emphasis on scalability, security, and long-term maintainability
- Act as a technical leader across multiple initiatives, guiding teams in system architecture, coding standards, and performance improvements
- Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to develop and deliver robust, high-quality solutions
- Lead system design and code review processes, and contribute to technical specifications and engineering proposals
- Diagnose and resolve critical production issues to maintain system reliability and service availability
- Promote consistent use of engineering best practices, tools, and frameworks across development teams
- Provide mentorship and career development support to junior and mid-level engineers
