Responsibilities
- Deliver innovative and high-impact product strategies to drive user growth, engagement, and retention across EarnIn’s product offerings
- Own product roadmaps and align teams on priorities to deliver high-impact, scalable product solutions
- Mentor and guide product managers, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability
- Define and track product goals, ensuring alignment with company-wide growth goals
- Drive rapid experimentation and iterative product cycles to optimize growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to align product initiatives with business and market needs
- Use data and insights to inform product decisions and measure success
- Leverage user research, competitive analysis, and data to identify and prioritize new product opportunities

Additional Information
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $214,000-$261,000, plus equity and benefits.
- Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
