Prematch is hiring a Staff Product Engineer based in the EU. In this role, you will take significant ownership over solving customer problems end-to-end, wearing hats traditionally worn by product and design. You'll own a large portion of one of our products, driving projects from initial research and spec-writing through to implementation.
What You'll Do
- Own projects end-to-end, blending responsibilities across product, design, and engineering.
- Research competitors, write product specifications, create wireframes, and implement the solutions.
- Solve complex customer problems by building powerful abstractions and flexible systems.
- Design and build features such as automated interview scheduling and declarative filter architectures.
- Vet decisions with stakeholders and collaborate with other engineers to complete projects.
- Create leverage through automation, tools, and abstractions to improve team efficiency.
