Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain design system components and guidelines

- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure accessibility and inclusivity across all design outputs
- Translate complex workflows into simple, intuitive interfaces
- Participate in agile planning and sprint reviews
- Advocate for user needs throughout the development lifecycle
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry trends
- Document design processes and decisions
- Balance user experience with technical constraints
- Support branding and visual identity initiatives
- Identify opportunities for product improvements through research
- Facilitate design workshops with cross-functional teams
- Ensure consistency across platforms and touchpoints
- Use analytics to measure design impact
- Stay current with design tools and methodologies
- Contribute to hiring and onboarding of new design talent
- Promote a culture of design thinking within the organization
