Spotify is looking for a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to join our NativeAds team. You will be instrumental in designing and building the machine learning systems that power our advertising platform, directly impacting the experience for millions of listeners and creators.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and deploy production machine learning models for ad relevance and ranking.
- Lead technical projects and contribute to the architectural roadmap for NativeAds ML systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in product, data science, and engineering to define and execute on the team's vision.
- Set technical standards, advocate for best practices, and mentor other engineers.
What We're Looking For
- Significant professional experience building and shipping large-scale machine learning systems in production.
- Deep expertise in machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and modern ML frameworks.
- Proven ability to lead complex technical projects from conception to completion.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience influencing technical strategy.
Work Mode
