As a Machine Learning Engineer, you'll play a key role in evolving a large-scale, Deep Learning-driven advertising platform. Your work will directly influence systems that process billions of ad impressions each month, ensuring fast, accurate, and scalable decision-making in real time.
What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and maintain the machine learning training infrastructure and real-time bidding systems that run in production.
- Diagnose and resolve performance issues in low-level system components to maintain efficiency at scale.
- Ensure system reliability and scalability through rigorous testing, benchmarking, and performance validation.
- Evaluate emerging open-source tools in the Big Data and ML space to determine their fit for production deployment.
What We’re Looking For
You have a strong foundation in software engineering and system design, with a focus on performance and maintainability. You’re comfortable working across complex distributed environments and thrive on solving challenging technical problems.
- Proven experience building robust, scalable IT systems.
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language such as Python, C++, Java, or Scala, and strong command of Linux environments.
- Solid grasp of algorithms, data structures, and performance optimization across the development lifecycle.
- A proactive mindset—always looking for ways to refine and improve existing solutions.
- Experience collaborating across teams to deliver integrated, high-impact systems.
Nice-to-Have Experience
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and frameworks like PyTorch, Torch, or TensorFlow.
- Background in GPU programming or distributed computing architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Big Data technologies including Spark, Kafka, Hadoop, Flink, or Storm.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
