Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain reliable Web3 platforms handling real-world users and significant asset volumes.
- Take full ownership of features, spanning user interfaces, server-side logic, and blockchain interactions, tailored to individual expertise.
- Lead the creation and execution of advanced processes involving digital wallets, transaction handling, asset settlements, and system coordination.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and external partners to convert unclear requirements into resilient technical implementations.
- Enhance the stability, security, and efficiency of distributed systems and on-chain infrastructure.
- Guide fellow engineers, promote best practices, participate in architectural evaluations, and help shape technical standards.
- Shape product direction, lead major technical projects, and extend influence across multiple engineering teams.
