Responsibilities
- Direct the creation of the initial MVP and design the first version of the product
- Develop a customizable, white-label React application
- Create a backend system to transfer data to the white-label solution and internal data systems
- Build a secure, scalable, and auditable trust accounting subsystem with high standards
- Enhance early processes to boost delivery speed, system reliability, and team independence
- Promote engineering practices that focus on quality, resilience, and observability
- Offer technical insights during discussions and decisions, encouraging transparency and accountability
- Set up initial frontend CI/CD pipelines to enable independent deployments
