You will take ownership of fullstack systems, guiding their evolution while ensuring long-term reliability and performance. Working closely with product, design, and engineering teams, you'll help define technical direction and deliver solutions that directly influence business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of both frontend and backend systems, focusing on modularity and reusability
- Collaborate transparently with cross-functional partners to refine requirements and deliver robust features
- Enhance engineering standards by advocating for sound architectural patterns and secure coding practices
- Drive continuous delivery through improvements to CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
- Support production environments by participating in on-call rotations and improving system observability
- Contribute to code reviews and provide constructive feedback to strengthen team-wide code quality
- Mentor fellow engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and technical growth across the team
What You Bring
- At least four years of experience building server-side APIs using REST and GraphQL
- Proven work with frontend frameworks including React and state management tools like MobX, with emphasis on server-side rendering
- Solid background in TypeScript and JavaScript for both backend and frontend development
- Hands-on experience with distributed systems in cloud environments, particularly AWS
- Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases, and the trade-offs between them
- Experience working in agile environments with a focus on iterative delivery and code maintainability
- Deep understanding of microservices and service-oriented architectures
- Commitment to writing secure, scalable, and well-tested code
