- Design modular, scalable, and observable systems that power high-volume experimentation and user engagement across mobile and backend platforms
- Lead the cross-platform strategic vision and roadmap to support rapid iteration and evolving business requirements
- Champion continuous improvement by establishing architectural standards and promoting engineering best practices
- Mentor senior engineers and team members, cultivating technical excellence and professional development
- Diagnose root causes of systemic challenges and architectural constraints, implementing both immediate fixes and long-term solutions
- Oversee the full software lifecycle, from system design through deployment and post-release monitoring
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to build technical solutions that drive growth and optimize user journeys
