Responsibilities
- Lead AI-driven innovation by identifying pain points in creative workflows and developing intuitive tools that amplify human creativity and productivity.
- Shape the technical vision for integrating artificial intelligence across UX functions and design processes.
- Develop, validate, and release end-to-end AI-powered applications and plugins that address real challenges faced by design professionals.
- Set benchmarks for technical excellence in internal tools, focusing on usability, adoption, and measurable improvements in complex workflows through continuous iteration and feedback.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Design, Research, Operations, and Engineering to ensure seamless integration of tools into daily workflows.
- Promote a culture of technical exploration and AI literacy within the UX organization by demonstrating systems thinking and hands-on AI integration.
