Renesas Electronics is seeking a Staff Application Engineer to lead technical training, customer support, and application development for our Configurable Products portfolio. In this role, you will be instrumental in enabling customers and internal teams to design with our FPGA and GreenPAK technologies.
What You'll Do
- Lead trainings and provide technical support for customers, FAEs, sales teams, and distributors on Configurable Products.
- Lead the development of application and system design, hardware, software, and documentation.
- Perform application and systems design and support using Renesas products, with a focus on FPGA and GreenPAK.
- Present training sessions to customers, distributors, sales, FAEs, and application engineers.
- Review and provide expert advice on application designs, hardware, software, and documentation.
- Collect feedback from the field, communicate issues to internal teams, and drive product and support improvements.
- Create new technical documentation, including application notes and training materials.
- Develop new IP modules for addition to the FPGA library.
- Mentor other Application Engineers on FPGA applications and best practices.
- Collaborate with the TW Design team in Zhubei and global support teams on New Product introductions, especially for FPGA.
