Role Overview
As an Application Engineer focused on data centers, you will serve as the primary technical contact for customers and partners throughout the United States. Your expertise will ensure seamless integration of high-performance energy storage technologies into critical power infrastructure, supporting both pre- and post-sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support during sales cycles and after project deployment, addressing customer needs in data center environments.
- Partner with sales to interpret client requirements and develop tailored system solutions using advanced energy storage platforms.
- Design and refine system architectures for use in uninterruptible power supplies, backup systems, and energy optimization applications.
- Perform site assessments, lead technical workshops, and conduct product demonstrations to support customer adoption.
- Contribute to electrical and thermal design elements, including schematics and long-term cost modeling.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to relay real-world performance insights and help guide product evolution.
- Produce clear technical materials such as specifications, integration manuals, and technical white papers for U.S. market use.
- Ensure all solutions meet applicable U.S. regulatory and safety standards, including UL and IEEE requirements.
