About the Role
This role is responsible for leading integration efforts within Workday, focusing on HR and financial systems. The analyst will collaborate with technical and functional teams to design, test, and deploy integration solutions that support enterprise business processes.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Workday integrations using Core Connectors, EIB, and SOAP/REST APIs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Develop and maintain integration documentation and support operational runbooks
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across development, test, and production environments
- Participate in testing cycles including unit, system, and user acceptance testing
- Ensure integrations comply with security, privacy, and data governance standards
- Support Workday upgrades and coordinate integration impact assessments
- Work closely with HRIS and finance systems teams to ensure data consistency
- Monitor integration performance and recommend optimizations
- Lead integration design discussions during project implementations and enhancements
- Provide post-implementation support and resolve production incidents
- Stay current with Workday integration best practices and platform updates
- Assist in the development of integration standards and reusable components
- Mentor junior team members on integration patterns and tools
- Participate in agile project teams and contribute to sprint planning and delivery
