Role Overview
This position is responsible for maintaining secure and compliant operations at corporate facilities. The Sr Specialist engages with team members, partners, and visitors at building entry points, ensuring adherence to safety protocols while delivering a consistent, service-oriented experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage access control for all individuals entering corporate buildings, following established policies and procedures
- Maintain situational awareness using intelligence-based practices to identify and address potential security concerns
- Respond promptly to security events, accurately documenting incidents and actions taken
- Educate team members on emergency procedures and promote a culture of safety and compliance
- Support risk reduction initiatives through routine patrols, security assessments, and project execution
- Encourage reporting of security issues to strengthen organizational integrity
- Deliver a professional, service-focused presence that aligns with brand standards
Qualifications
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license. The role requires physical mobility, including climbing stairs, lifting up to 40 pounds, and extended periods of sitting or standing. Individuals should be able to operate company vehicles and meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements.
Essential skills include effective communication, conflict de-escalation, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Reliability, discretion with confidential information, and adaptability during emergencies are critical. Flexibility to adjust schedules based on business needs and consistent attendance are required.

Compensation & Work Environment
This is an onsite position located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The hourly pay range is $19.23 to $34.62. Work schedules may vary, requiring adaptability to changing business demands. The role supports a safe, inclusive workplace and promotes ethical conduct across all levels of operation.
