Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of one or more design blocks spanning RTL to GDS, covering floorplanning, synthesis, placement, clock tree synthesis, and routing to meet PPA and signoff criteria.
- Advance convergence from RTL to GDS using logic synthesis and place-and-route tools to achieve aggressive power, performance, and area objectives.
- Address block-level timing and congestion issues to meet critical project deadlines without compromising PPA targets.
- Partner with internal CAD and physical design methodology teams to integrate new tool features and optimizations into the design flow.
- Collaborate with RTL and feasibility teams to provide input and support on initiatives related to physical design.
- Apply advanced debugging techniques to evaluate and enhance existing methodologies, identifying opportunities for flow improvements.
- Deliver high-quality results that meet or exceed targets for frequency, power consumption, and area utilization.

Compensation
Base pay range: $180,200 – $270,400; includes eligibility for MBO bonus, long-term incentives, and relocation assistance
