Responsibilities
- Develop innovative R&D hardware and integrated software systems for next-generation anode technology, translating early-stage concepts into functional reactors with CVD, gas handling, bulk material transport, and pressure vessel components.
- Prioritize safety in all design phases and actively support process hazard evaluations and risk mitigation strategies.
- Iterate through testing cycles to identify and resolve performance drift and measurement variability by operating equipment as both designer and user.
- Collaborate with external manufacturers, contractors, and integration partners to fabricate and assemble complex systems, ensuring technical accuracy and timely delivery.
- Maintain clear, thorough, and accessible documentation of designs, experiments, and decisions, adapting communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Apply structured project execution methods to unstructured research challenges, balancing agility with disciplined planning to accelerate progress.
