Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services and APIs that support the control plane of a cloud-based authorization platform.
- Create and manage Kubernetes-native components such as custom operators and controllers to handle infrastructure and environment lifecycle operations.
- Design reliable, repeatable workflows for system provisioning, configuration updates, scaling actions, and resource deletion.
- Integrate secure authentication and identity management protocols like SSO, SAML, and OAuth/OIDC in a multi-tenant SaaS setting.
- Build and refine systems that track and process usage data for billing purposes.
- Develop distributed systems capable of handling partial failures, retries, concurrent operations, and extended processes.
- Work closely with frontend teams to define APIs and user workflows that deliver intuitive and dependable experiences.
- Ensure system observability through structured logs, monitoring metrics, and alerting mechanisms.
- Diagnose and resolve production issues related to orchestration, identity verification, or state consistency.
- Take part in on-call duties and contribute to resolving incidents and improving post-mortem processes.
- Maintain clear documentation for APIs, operational procedures, system behaviors, and workflows.
