HighLevel is hiring a Sr. Product Manager - AI Growth to lead the strategy and execution of AI-driven growth initiatives. You will define the product vision and roadmap for features that leverage artificial intelligence to enhance user value and drive business outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered growth features.
- Conduct market and user research to identify high-impact AI opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and iteration.
- Establish key metrics and analyze data to measure the impact of AI features on user acquisition and retention.
- Communicate product vision, progress, and results clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on growth or AI-powered products.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling successful products that drive measurable business growth.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform product decisions and measure success.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams.
- Deep understanding of AI technologies, market trends, and their application in user-facing products.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
