About the Role
This role leads the end-to-end design process for complex digital products, aligning user-centered design with business goals and technical feasibility across global markets.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and evolution of user-centered design solutions for digital products
- Define and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across platforms
- Conduct user research to uncover pain points and inform design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers throughout the development lifecycle
- Translate business requirements into intuitive and accessible user interfaces
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to team skill development
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders and executives
- Advocate for user needs within cross-functional teams
- Evaluate design outcomes through usability testing and feedback loops
- Drive innovation in design practices and tools
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and design guidelines
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality
- Integrate customer insights into product design strategies
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Facilitate design workshops and collaborative sessions
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Support agile development processes with iterative design delivery
- Align design vision with brand identity and product goals
- Optimize user flows to enhance usability and engagement
- Analyze competitor products to identify opportunities for differentiation
Nice to Have
- Master's degree in design, HCI, or related discipline
- Experience in B2B or enterprise technology environments
- Background in cloud services or IT distribution sectors
- Exposure to design operations or design leadership frameworks
