Shape the future of commercial payments in Hong Kong by leading strategic initiatives that expand Visa’s footprint in B2B transaction flows. In this role, you will design and execute market entry strategies to grow adoption of commercial card solutions, focusing on both domestic and cross-border disbursement use cases such as marketplace payouts, insurance claims, and supply chain payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement go-to-market plans tailored to Hong Kong’s financial ecosystem, targeting financial institutions, fintechs, and key digital partners.
- Identify and close new business opportunities, while expanding existing client relationships to increase revenue and solution adoption.
- Collaborate with regional and local stakeholders to accelerate the integration of digital partners into Visa’s network.
- Understand partner business models and objectives to position Visa solutions that drive measurable growth and operational impact.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline by identifying high-potential use cases and clients in the commercial payments space.
- Work with ecosystem players—including acquirers, processors, and treasury banks—to enable seamless solution deployment and market reach.
Qualifications and Experience
You bring a strong background in payments, with demonstrated success in fast-moving environments. Experience in commercial card programs, B2B payment solutions, or fintech partnerships is highly valued. You understand the dynamics of disbursement flows across gig platforms, marketplaces, and enterprise remittances.
Success in this role requires collaboration across product, marketing, legal, and regulatory teams. You must be adept at aligning internal capabilities with external client needs to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.
Work Environment
This position operates under a hybrid model, with a general expectation to be in the office around 50% of the time—typically two days per week—balancing in-person collaboration with remote flexibility based on team and business needs.
