About the Role

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable Tableau reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and define KPIs
- Translate business questions into data-driven solutions
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports
- Optimize existing reporting workflows for performance and usability
- Support data validation and quality assurance processes
- Document reporting logic, data sources, and dashboard functionality
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to integrate analytics
- Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting tasks
- Maintain version control and organize reporting assets systematically
- Provide insights and interpretations from data trends to support decision-making
- Troubleshoot report issues and implement timely fixes
- Stay current with Tableau features and best practices
- Support ad hoc analysis requests from business units
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards
- Assist in onboarding and training team members on reporting tools
- Evaluate data models for alignment with reporting requirements
- Contribute to the development of data dictionaries and metadata
- Participate in sprint planning and agile project cycles
- Monitor report usage and gather user feedback for improvements
