About the Role
The candidate will lead the development of machine learning models and AI-driven solutions, working closely with engineering and product teams to integrate advanced algorithms into scalable applications.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy machine learning models for real-world applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements
- Optimize algorithms for performance and scalability
- Evaluate and integrate third-party AI tools and frameworks
- Translate business problems into technical machine learning solutions
- Maintain and improve existing AI systems
- Ensure models comply with accuracy, fairness, and privacy standards
- Work with large datasets to train and validate models
- Develop data pipelines for model training and inference
- Monitor model performance in production environments
- Conduct experiments to validate hypotheses and improve system outputs
- Document technical designs and implementation details
- Stay current with advancements in AI and ML research
- Mentor junior engineers on best practices in machine learning
- Support deployment of models using containerized environments
- Troubleshoot issues in model behavior and data quality
- Apply natural language processing techniques where needed
- Use cloud platforms for scalable model training and serving
- Implement automated testing for ML workflows
- Collaborate on ethical AI practices and bias mitigation
Nice to Have
- Master’s or PhD in a technical field related to AI or ML
- Published research or contributions to open-source ML projects
- Experience with large-scale distributed training
- Familiarity with reinforcement learning concepts
- Knowledge of edge computing for AI inference
- Experience in regulated industries such as finance or healthcare
