The Specialist Culture is responsible for helping shape and implement the brand’s strategic direction in sport and culture. This role actively contributes to designing and delivering high-impact initiatives that reflect the brand’s cultural values and long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of the sport strategy, ensuring alignment with cultural objectives
  • Coordinate the rollout of sport partnerships, overseeing quality and relevance of activations for athletes and communities
  • Manage relationships with athlete ambassadors and external partners, including logistics, communication, and project follow-up
  • Assist in contract administration, tracking deliverables, milestones, and internal coordination
  • Help organize national and international projects, including events, content production, and promotional activities
  • Work closely with internal departments such as Marketing, Events, Retail, and Communications, as well as external stakeholders like agencies, sports federations, and management teams
  • Track budgets, performance metrics, and reporting requirements
  • Stay informed on cultural and sports trends to identify new opportunities for brand engagement
