About the Role
The Solution Engineer collaborates with sales and technical teams to support enterprise customers during pre-sales evaluations, ensuring product capabilities meet client requirements through demonstrations, technical guidance, and solution design.
Responsibilities
- Collence with sales teams to understand client objectives and technical requirements
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations highlighting relevant use cases
- Support the sales cycle with technical expertise during customer evaluations
- Translate business challenges into technical solutions using platform capabilities
- Respond to customer inquiries about system integration and scalability
- Assist in proof-of-concept deployments and pilot implementations
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development
- Develop technical documentation for customer onboarding and integration
- Present at industry events and customer-facing technical sessions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform features and enhancements
- Collaborate with engineering teams to address customer-specific technical constraints
- Advocate for customer needs within internal product discussions
- Evaluate competitor offerings to position solutions effectively
- Ensure alignment between customer expectations and technical delivery
- Support requests for proposals with technical responses and clarifications
- Guide customers through data migration and API integration processes
- Troubleshoot technical obstacles during pre-sales evaluations
- Customize solution approaches based on industry-specific requirements
- Maintain consistency in messaging across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Work with partners to extend solution reach and implementation support
