As a Software Engineer on the Validation Toolset team, you'll design and deliver robust software platforms that empower teams to validate autonomous systems with precision. You'll take ownership of the full product lifecycle—from shaping technical architecture to deploying systems that process millions of simulation data points daily. Your work will directly enable customers to trace system behavior, orchestrate test cases, manage safety validation, and uncover edge-case failures using machine learning techniques.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain scalable software deployed across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments using modern frameworks and containerization
- Design data models and infrastructure that support unified systems traceability, KPI tracking, and coverage analysis
- Build interactive workflows that allow users to ingest, query, and visualize large-scale simulation data efficiently
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to refine product direction and implement customer-driven features
- Implement machine learning–powered tools to detect system failures within complex state spaces
- Work closely with engineering teams to enhance internal validation capabilities and streamline development workflows
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience
- Proven background in data modeling for user-facing applications and complex workflows
- Strong proficiency in languages such as Python, GoLang, or ReactJS
- Experience with containerized environments and modern development practices
Nice-to-Have Experience
- Familiarity with validation systems for autonomous vehicles
- Hands-on work with Kubernetes and distributed systems
- Track record of delivering enterprise-grade software in cloud or on-prem setups
- Exposure to major cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
