Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced production support for Siebel-based Claims systems, handling incident resolution, defect correction, and root cause investigation.
- Oversee production release execution, including code rollout, environment management, and stakeholder communication.
- Create, build, and validate software solutions following defined SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Identify and eliminate software defects and performance issues to maintain system efficiency.
- Work closely with business analysts, developers, database administrators, infrastructure staff, and other parties to improve application capabilities.
- Engage in Agile workflows, contributing to sprint planning, retrospectives, and ongoing delivery cycles.
- Perform code evaluations and enforce compliance with coding standards and industry best practices.
- Support and guide less experienced team members and offshore development groups in technical delivery and support activities.
- Serve as a coordination point between internal departments and external vendors to address complex technical challenges.
- Initiate and promote process enhancements and innovative approaches to improve system reliability and end-user experience.

Compensation
Base pay for this position ranges from $95,700.00 to $135,000.00 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Total compensation includes base salary plus applicable incentive payments such as bonus or commission.
