About the Role
The engineer will collaborate with product and design teams to build responsive, accessible interfaces and optimize frontend performance across a high-impact financial application.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain frontend components using React and TypeScript
- Translate design mockups into functional user interfaces
- Collaborate with product managers to define feature requirements
- Optimize applications for speed and usability
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Debug and resolve frontend issues across browsers and devices
- Work closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs
- Improve accessibility and internationalization support
- Contribute to frontend architecture decisions
- Ensure consistency across platforms and screen sizes
- Implement state management for complex user workflows
- Monitor frontend performance and suggest improvements
- Stay current with evolving web standards and tools
- Support end-to-end testing efforts
- Document code and technical decisions
- Identify and address technical debt
- Assist in onboarding new team members
- Follow agile development practices
- Respond to user feedback and iterate on designs

- Experience with GraphQL
