As a Software Engineer, you'll play a central role in developing ClinicOS — a next-generation clinical operating system powered by AI. Your work will directly impact how healthcare providers deliver patient care worldwide, enabling faster market entry and more efficient treatment workflows.
What You'll Do
- Design and maintain core applications used by internal teams and clinical partners every day
- Build product features that support upcoming global market expansions
- Help scale backend systems and infrastructure to ensure reliability and compliance
- Collaborate on architectural decisions that support long-term growth and performance
- Contribute to reducing patient care time through automation and streamlined workflows
- Write clear technical documentation and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards
- Support initiatives in personalization and regulatory compliance to improve patient experiences
What We’re Looking For
You have at least three years of experience building and shipping production software. You're comfortable working independently in an asynchronous, distributed environment and have a track record of delivering robust web or mobile applications.
- Proven experience with React or React Native for frontend development
- Strong backend skills with modern API design using GraphQL or REST
- Familiarity with cloud deployment, databases, and background job processing
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first setting based in Kosovo
Technologies We Use
Our stack includes TypeScript, React, Next.js, React Native, Nest.js, PostgreSQL, BullMQ, Redis, GraphQL, REST, AWS, CI/CD pipelines, Figma, Sentry, Webflow, and Zapier. Experience with LLM-integrated tools is a plus.
