Shape the future of AI-generated code by working directly on improving how models write, structure, and optimize software. In this role, you’ll analyze AI-produced code snippets, identify strengths and weaknesses, and provide clear, well-reasoned feedback to guide model improvements.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate multiple versions of generated code, ranking them based on correctness, efficiency, and maintainability
- Refactor flawed implementations to meet production standards, fixing logic errors, inefficiencies, and style inconsistencies
- Deliver detailed written critiques that clarify why one solution outperforms another
- Feed validated improvements and test outcomes into the reinforcement learning pipeline to strengthen model accuracy
- Support the training of large-language models across diverse programming contexts, with a primary focus on Java
What We’re Looking For
- At least three years of professional experience developing in Java
- Sharp analytical skills—you notice subtle bugs, performance bottlenecks, and security concerns others might miss
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to communicate technical reasoning clearly in writing
- Comfort reading language specifications and technical documentation
- Proven ability to work independently in asynchronous settings with minimal oversight
Preferred but Not Required
- Experience with constraint programming or formal logic systems
